The space

Private main suite: spacious bedroom with a King bed, dedicated dining area, and a compact kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, and counter space).

Closet space: large walk‑in closet with hangers and storage.

Bathroom: private bathroom featuring a soaking tub plus separate shower, fresh towels, and toiletries.

Outdoor access: fenced yard and back patio including furniture and a gas grill (please follow grill safety rules).

Laundry: shared washer and dryer on the second floor for guest use.

Parking: room for one car at the neighborhood guest parking; message host if you need additional parking.

Comfort & tech: noise‑reducing windows with blinds and screens, fast Wi‑Fi, and contactless check‑in via smart lock.

Shared home: this suite is inside a townhome the host occupies. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom and agreed access to shared common areas. Please respect shared spaces and quiet hours.

Policies and fees

Base nightly rate includes for 2 guests. Additional guests $20/pp/night.

Pets: $75 per pet; maximum two pets. All pets must be disclosed at booking. Keep pets off couches and beds; remove waste and pick up excess hair.

Rental agreement and security deposit: A signed rental agreement and a security‑deposit hold on a credit card are required within 48 hours of booking or before arrival for bookings made less than 48 hours in advance.

House rules: No smoking or vaping indoors; do not leave cigarette butts on the property. No fireworks or firearms without written permission. Children must be supervised. Follow grill and fireplace rules. Violations may result in additional fees or cancellation.

Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
